APPROVAL OF CONSTRUCTION MANAGER RANKINGS FOR THE NORTH PORT HIGH SCHOOL HVAC CHILLER REPLACEMENT PROJECT
Description
The project's scope of work shall include construction management services to resize and replace the existing air-cooled chillers, associated pumps, variable frequency drives, add and refurbish ice storage tanks. On 10/18/2018, the Professional Services Selection Committee (PSSC) met to select a construction manager for this project. The PSSC has ranked them in accordance with Board policy. The preliminary project budget is $3,500,000.00. Funds for this project are available in the capital budget account.
Recommendation
That the rankings of Construction Manager for the North Port High School HVAC Chiller Replacement project be accepted as presented and the Director of Construction Services be authorized to attempt negotiations with the top-ranked firm.
